02 AT THE POOL

• Get welcomed to the pool by the Deck Manager
• Work towards graduation everyday
• Have fun while learning to swim
• Check with your Deck Manager for any needs
• Receive progress updates from your instructor

03 LEVEL UP

• Every lesson is an opportunity to pass
• Receive a level card when your swimmer passes
• Take a trip to the prize bowl
• Move through levels as quickly as possible

04 FEEDBACK

• We solicit your feedback every month
• Our business runs on your feedback
• We make improvements and coach incentives
based on monthly feedback
• Our goal is to be a 5 out of 5

05 POLICY REVIEW

• Continue your progress each month
• Keep your same class schedule month to month
• Make ups are available for missed classes
• Auto payments drafted on the 15th of each month
