Withdrawal Reminders
- You may stop your lessons at any time. By cancelling, your child(ren) will be removed from our program.
- A withdrawal form is required and must be submitted online through our website to be removed from the swim schedule and stop automatic payments.
- Accounts are charged on the 15th of every month for the next month.
- To avoid being charged for next month you must submit your withdrawal request prior to the 15th of the previous month.
- I understand that I will be billed for the next billing cycle if this notice is not received before the 15th of my swimmer(s) final month.
- All cancellations are final.
